The Benefits of Coffee

Coffee is the #1 source of antioxidants in the American diet. Antioxidants prevent and repair damage inflicted on cells by outside sources. Fruits and veggies are also very high in antioxidants, but coffee maintains to be the richest. If you drink decaf, keep sipping, caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee provide equal amounts of antioxidants.
